"Congratulations to the 2017 NYS Outstanding IT Managers! Government Technology is honored to recognize these outstanding public servants who over the last year demonstrated exceptional leadership, vison and dedication to advance New York State government through the use of technology. These awards reflect both the innovative work being done in New York and the focus of the IT community in serving its constituents," said Maureen Torncello, National Conference Director, Government Technology.

This year's outstanding IT managers were honored in a special awards ceremony held during the 2017 New York State IT Leadership Academy.
