ITS provides a selection of equipment, software, cellular options, and support for users to securely interact with the enterprise’s technology systems. Standard support for all of these services includes encryption, back-up, updates and patches, remote access, and assistance from the ITS Service Desk.
All services include security support, including monitoring of networks and systems for malicious activity or policy violations, incident response, threat and vulnerability management, and data privacy services.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Workplace Equipment and Software, which includes accessories such as laptops, cables, mouse, keyboard, monitor, docking stations, printer provisioning. Service also includes updates and patches to installed software and operating systems.
- Productivity and collaboration tools, including the Microsoft Office 365 product suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), WebEx web conferencing.
- Identity and access management, including remote network access through a Virtual Device Infrastructure (VDI) device allowing remote users to interact using a “virtual desktop”; multi factor authentication; privileged access management; secure access through a Virtual Private Network (VPN); and certificate management.
