Pursuant to New York Public Officers Law SS 87(3) (c), ITS is required to maintain a reasonably detailed current list by subject matter of all records in its possession. This list must be posted on ITS' website. For purposes of meeting this mandate, please be advised that ITS has adopted as its own the record titles and retention/disposition schedules that appear in the General Retention and Disposition Schedule for New York State Government Records.
