The ITS Service Rates included in this rate card reflect the total projected FY 2025-26 cost of service including the reconciliation of all applicable prior-year over and under billings. Federal regulations (2 CFR Part 200) require States to reconcile central cost-allocated services and make adjustments for any identified variances between actual revenue and allowable costs.
These are the final rates used to calculate FY 2026 Client Agency service billings for all services delivered by ITS in FY 2025-26.
